Scottish localy caught whelks are selected for quality on arrival at our Berwick Factory, them cooked in boiling water , left to cool and then hand picked to give you the age old whelk meat (also known locally as "Buckies" ).
I'ts a bit of a love hate realtionship, but we sell lots to restaurants and hotels across the UK,
