After a very successfull 3 day event in Brussels , the european google growth engine event gave us the chance to show our wares to a potentially huge audience , Berwick Shellfish Company was short listed from well over 1000 companies across Europe and making into the top 25, three of those companies attending were from the UK. It was a very well organised event and worked smooth over the three day period, we were treated like VIP guests at every event, giving us the chance to meet European ministers and leading figures in digital marketing from various associations and commissions i.e. Europe’s Digital Single Market Kristian Hedberg, from Internal Market Commissioner Bienkowska’s cabinet,MEP Eva Paunovaand John Higgins, Director-General of Digital Europe. along with reporters and media representatives from: Wall street journal, Reuters Intl, Wikipedia, CNN , TF1 , Canal + , plus many many more.
